Our measuring turbines, magnetic inductive flow meter and laminar flow elements provide accurate flow measurement for liquid or gaseous media. In the hazardous area, we offer you intrinsically safe or explosion-proof encapsulated sensor technology. Selectable ports allow a flexible and demand-oriented usage of measuring instruments.

Customized modifications for small quantities are available on request.

Measuring turbine for liquids and gases

  • Ideal for low-viscosity media
  • Usage in the fields of automotive, hydraulic,
    food industry, oil and gas exploration
  • Measuring ranges from 0.004 l / min up to 57000 l/min
  • High-quality hybrid ball bearings, alternatively graphite or tungsten carbide sleeve bearings
  • Special versions for pressure up to 2500 bar
  • Temperatures from -268 °C to 450 °C
  • Connection systems thread, flange, hose connection, TRI clamp, wingnut, victraulic and customized connection

Linearising amplifier and signal converter for turbines

  • Reinforcement and linearization of frequency signals from measuring turbines and other flow meters
  • Computing time 1.5 to 2.5 milliseconds
  • Signal output selectable 0 to 10 VDC, 4 to 20 mA and frequency

Magnetic inductive flow meter

  • Field of application typical measurement of coolant flow
  • Minimal pressure loss, insensitive to dirt
  • Measuring ranges from 0.35 to 900 l/min
  • Temperature medium from -30 °C up to 125 °C
  • Signal 4 to 20 mA, optionally 1 to 5 V DC or 2 to 10 V DC
  • Flow measurement device includes the appropriate measuring electronics.

Laminar flow element

  • Flow measurement of gases
  • Measuring ranges from 0.01 up to 1000 l/min
  • Accuracy up to +/-0.25% of full scale
  • Temperature medium up to 400 °C
  • Signal via connected differential pressure transmitter
  • Compensating measuring electronics with integrated differential pressure transmitter with system accuracy of +/-0.75% of measured value optional
